I know mate but that's what the lads on the interweb said so it's clearly fact.

His teams are great to watch though when on song aren't they, yes his system has it's flaws and v top opposition they can be open but I'd much rather watch an exciting team that may lesve itself open than a slow pragmatic side designed not to lose.

His ability to turn round underperforming players is second to none.

Someone will wake up to what a good manager he is but hopefully not for a few more years.

It annoys me how blinkered people are with him.

We were brilliant in 13/14 under him, best side in the league but maybe Brendan and many of the squad were a bit naieve and that was evident in that infamous Chelsea game.

So because we tried to win, Gerrard slipped and we then draw 4-4 at Palace Brendan suddenly becomes a fraud, it was all Suarez etc.

Obviously a player like Suarez drags up the level of players aroud him, and I did think losing him wouldn't be as big an issue as it was, however what so many critics of Brendan forget that we also lost Sturridge to long term injury and so the guts of 60 goals was taken from the side that had done so well the previous season.

No team will cope well with losing 60 goals from it but it's easier to say he's a fraud then actually analyze what happended.

Obviously he's not perfect and makes mistakes in terms of personell and tactics but the notion he is not a very good manager is just ridiculous.

As you say Ginger someone will recognise his quality and he will likely end up back inthe PL but sure enjoy it while you can.
