Transfers under Poch

Our defence was terrible in Poch's first season and needed a lot of sorting out. Poch being the top manager that he is probably understands that you build a defence first and work everything around it.

3 of our first choice back 4 over the last couple of years were here when he arrived to be fair. So was the keeper.

Vic, Toby and Dier are key additions, the others are not better than what we had

Think we need to sign a couple more players.
Most of all, another striker.
We have a heavy schedule, play home games away at Wumberly, Alderweireld has no new contract, and Janssen has to start scoring goals.

We're succession planning. Verts & Aldi are 28-30 but still looking awesome but that will change. Sanchez can probably drop in to a back 3 right now but in time he'll replace one our older star CBs. The young Argie to perhaps do the same

Needed sorting out mentally, not just in terms of personnel. Vert, Walker and Rose weren't in the best of form before Poch came. Although their improvement has been helped by what Poch has done in front of them i.e. getting rid of Capoue and Paulinho and bringing in Dier and later Wanyama, and with strengthening the depth in that area, assuming he had some say in who we were getting rid of and bringing in.
