Transfer window closure

Why do all the different leagues have different times to close their transfer windows. What make Spain so special they get an extra day!!?

There is still time for Coutinho to leave. Personally I think Pool will.not sell him in this transfer window. But, If a bigg offer comes in for him, they'd be foolish to reject an offer of that size come their way again. Pool are doing fine without him
