Yes just over the summer one but its only three months [ish] until the xmas one. Normally january sees very few big movers but i have a hunch this one could be different!
Lemar, VVD, Barkley, Coutinho, Sanchez ALL of them have apparantley requested to leave for other clubs. The Lemar one was close so the media are reporting and will Arsenal hold onto Sanchez when six months later hes free?
We thought the summer was hectic but the winter one could be worse.

The winter transfer windows normally break down into
a) the desperate clubs
And
b) the players that are not really wanted or needed
There is a big list yes of players who tried to move but realistically it will take scenarios where the club's have little on the line for those players to shift.
Arsenal will not sell Sanchez.
Monaco deffo won't sell
Barkley doesn't want to go, he wants the free and cash that comes with it.

Coutinho no chance.

Realistically you want some younger player or a guy from a safe mid table club that you can do a deal for
