my point is, if u were managing rangers and u knew the club was in financial difficulties you would be more cautious.

I'm sure it was sanctioned but there's probably plenty that wasn't, managers sometimes are allowed to spend sometimes not but it's not their job to find the money, there job is to get players in they feel will win them matches
