Good Old SFA

It would seem as though the good old SFA are doing their utmost to curry favour with Celtic and allowing Broony to escape the threat of a ban after his petty kick out on Friday v Hamilton.

But what's this? They're also doing it with Hibs and letting Lennon off the hook for his riot inducing gestures towards the Rangers fans when his team equalised! 😳

Now the cynic in me might suggest they're trying a wee trade off here against any inquiry into their awful handling of the Rangers fiasco.

Not me though. Oh no siree.

Discuss.

Sorry Curly.

Double jeopardy ended in the 17th century.

It was brought back into law as a Newlawco in 2011. Thanks to people wanting it ts looked at.

Jolly good.

Piffle paffle, wiffle and waffle.

Between 17th Century and 2011 it was ended. It didn't exist. It was gone and supposedly never to be used ever again. That is fact. Irrefutable fact.

Like Rangers in 2012.

Double jeopardy has always existed

It is just that you could not try someone under double jeopardy prior to 2011 but now you can
----------------------------------------------------------------------

As I said. The law of doubt jeopardy ceased to exist.

But it did exist

It existed to make it against the law

What you are saying is akin to saying that there is no law on murder

But there is

So there

Go away now, I cannot be bothered with such frivolities any more

Baws, baws, baws, baws, baws, baws and baws again.

I rest my case.
