Bolton Wanderers v Sheffield United

Another tough fixture for the rock bottom whites still without a single point from the macron this season. Sheffield who were promoted last season along side bolton seem to have adapted to life in the championship with 12 points from 18 and in 5th place. The only omen is bolton have a good home record v the blades winning both the league and fa Cup game at the macron last season. Team news. The sickbay is filling up and derik, Darby, Morais and taylor doubtful. Vela and Ameobi out. I predict a return to 3-5-2 with returns to the team by burke, Little, Cullen and alf to come in for Darby, Morais, Derik and noone. 8pm kick off which coinsides with a weather warning from the beano of high winds and possible power cuts from that time. Deep joy.

We best be careful with all this 4.5k per week talk or Ken and PP might realise they could charge us that to give us a game just to see if we can do any worse than the current squad. Heaven forbid they think of charging me when I get to spend some time in the sick bay it will be more than bupa no doubt.

Embargo has been ended.

Alex Perry and Jeff King are the first players from the U23's to be registered as extra players.

You seeing things Benny those Derby fans have been known to dress up those inflatable sheep to make them look like pigs you know.

Now can anybody guess when will we have a kitty or dare I say war chest to spend when a transfer window opens and no cheating like re mortgaging the stadium and hotel or privatising the sick bay

Out of embargo but what money is available to spend and who is available. I suppose we have to rely on Ken and his son to come up with the goods.

Very pleasing to know that the youngsters can now join the squad but will they get a game? Of course they will, half the team are injured. Well, we can hope.

It's Friday break out a multi pack of Crunchie to celebrate no embargo so the young uns can top up the injury laden team with fresh legs just in time for our first away win of the season.
