Palace 2-0 Ipswich. Those two goals are the only scores for palace this 5 game season so far ! played 5, lost 5 in the premier league,
I'll go for the TOWN win, but by a hair's breath & just a goal in it.
My reason being, The TOWN players selected (if not regulars) will play their socks off trying to impress to gain meaningful starts for premier league games proper.
maybe Billing & Mooy missing, with Williams, Sabiri & possibly Hefele all to start,
A realistic chance to progress,

A lacklustre and woeful performance! Why so many changes? Is Depoitre our Ledley King? Good for a match now and then!
Players had a great opportunity to shine, didn’t take it!
Darn, a number of players are injured, Palmer, Mounie and Quaner. Hogg just back too.
I fear missed chances and the lack of striker prowess is going to be a deciding factor whether Town’s season in the Premier League is a first and final one.
I wonder if Wagner really was interested in a cup run. The team selection suggested maybe not, too many changes!
Need consistency and a result against Burnley on Saturday!

Tbf lv, Palace made nine changes too.
It's my biggest fear too, we haven't got enough options up front. Ince scored all his goals pre season, Mounie needs decent service and Depoitre.... Well jury is still out.

Mounie not fit for Saturday, Williams seeing a specialist about a small fracture in his foot.... injuries building up, Quaner out till after the international break , but he doesn't count

Given chance, he'll put himself about. he works harder off the ball than Mounie ever will.
Shame about Williams, Superb against Leicester.
Hope Burnley run out of steam after Tuesday nights marathon tie v Leeds, & TOWN can secure maximum points, It's going to be a tough one.

Town have struggled to score with the main strikers/forwards, where are the goals going to come from now that most of them are injured?

The onus is on Burnley they'll have to change their defensive style, we're not one of the big boys, so they'll have to attack us, especially at home.
