FIFA investigating Chelsea and City over signing young players. Both clubs already been sanctioned over breaking the rules.
Would be hilarious if they both get bans and we sweep in and steal Sanchez on a free and anyone else on the market next summer.
Been reading in the M.E.N about some young S American striker who city are in trouble over. Been going on for a while. Might explain them buying everything in sight this summer and trying to get Sanchez too. They may be fearing a transfer ban similar to the Spanish clubs.
At the moment both clubs are saying it's all legit but they are hardly going to say otherwise. Interesting to see this develop over coming Months.

Admin, Im the only who spots him. I knew he was around. Other rival fans respond to his posts but for our Chelsea fans to respond to him is unforgivable
............
What is the story on this one Mr C?

He's this troll that keeps on returning. He usually talks in riddles or posts that have nothing to do with anything at all.

I don't know, maybe Winston ? You do seem to spend time arguing with him all day.
...............
Winston is a special case. I don't really argue with him, I lead him into arguing against himself, which he nearly always does after about an hour.
It helps pass the working day.

Chelsea have never been sanctioned or found guilty of any offences in relation to transfers (youth or 1st team)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes they were, Gael Kakuta.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
uplifted on appeal.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not correct.
The sanctions were withdrawn on appeal, they were still found guilty of breaking the rules just not punished for it.
"Chelsea were banned by Fifa in 2009 from signing players for two transfer windows, however that punishment was overturned on appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport although the club were fined."
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why cany some people just admit they are wrong sometimes
The transfer ban imposed by Fifa on Chelsea over the transfer of the promising teenager Gaël Kakuta from Lens was today overturned on appeal. The court of arbitration for sport said Fifa's ban on Chelsea signing any new players until 2011 would be annulled after Kakuta, Lens and Chelsea all agreed that the players' contract with the French club was not valid.
"The CAS has noted that, in the agreement, the two clubs and the player have recognised that the contract between the two clubs and the player was not valid," CAS said. "Accordingly, the player could not have terminated it prematurely and without just cause."
"We are pleased to have come to an amicable resolution of the matter and that it has been ratified by CAS and recognised by Fifa,"

Chelsea definitely send the mob round when it's time to negotiate transfers. How else do you explain the fees they receive for players they don't want
