Totally agree.
Vettel should have faced a VERY stiff penalty for his actions. The guy is a total așșhole.

Just seen the video from the crash with Stroll. He was at fault again.
There are rumours going around that they could not fix his car so gave him Kimi's which is why he ran away with the steering wheel.

He did do a runner with the steering. Was the first thing he did when he got the lift with the Sauber.
The medical car was there but he refused to take a ride with it
