Forest Transfer Targets

Jackson Irvine - now at Hull. Played 6, W1, D1, L4. Scored one goal, against Brum.
Jota - now at Brum. Played 6, W0, D2, L4. Scored three goals, all
when at Brentford.
Harlee Dean - now at Brum. Played 8, W1, D3, L4.
James Hector - now at Hull (on loan). Played 10, W2, D3, L5.
John McGinn - still at Hibs. Played 8, W3, D4, L1. Scored two, assists one.

Moral of the story. Should have come to Forest!

McGinn could be one we revisit, the player will be desperate to test himself at a professional level

Believe he had a decent game v Celtic at the weekend is likely they will be even more resolved to keep him. If Hibs have a chance of a European place as the season goes on, they will be even more unlikely to want to do business in Jan.

McDonald would be my top target. He had a great game at the CG last week. Fulham are looking likely to be play off contenders so, again, they'll not want to sell one of their best players.

Jota going to Brum was the strangest transfer all summer.

Touted for the PL and worse case scenario to a high flying championship team.

Birmingham and arry < doh>

Yep, considering there were apparently several interested championship clubs who will all be above Brum at this time, I bet regrets falling for Harry's car window patter!

Depends whether or not Fulham are prepared to meet his wage demands, or perhaps he has other reasons for leaving we will have to wait and see.
A spell with no club and no wage probably instills a sense of reason when it comes down to talking cash.

If Fulham are in a position to go for the top six they'll give him what he wants in Jan I would have thought? I trust McParland to have a good list of alternatives should McGinn and McDonald not be viable targets in Jan too.

A player who could have gone to a club higher up or more likely to progress; choose one managed by Arry.

Big wages

Has to be, it's Arry

Getting what he deserves then.

Early days. Cotterill might turn them around.

"Early days. Cotterill might turn them around."

This old SC gem was true on Saturday as well

To be fair, Lee Carsley was in charge of Brum on Saturday...
