A lot thought he would be the key signing over the summer and be the stand out player. So far, apart from a good game against forest, I don't think he's lived up to the hype.
I feel there is a lot more to come from him but think he's one who needs more time to adapt. I also don't like how easily he throws himself to the floor. More comparable to Adryan than just a haircut.
I think he definitely needs to step up now.
Saiz is the one who has hit the ground running and looks like the best signing we've made in the window.
One thing I did wonder with Alioski is whether the club have considered playing him left back? I doubt they have but I know that's where he plays for his national side and Stevie Wonder can see we've not got a decent left back in the team. Just a thought.

Abit like mowatt
Good footballer but so slow

Completely different player to Mowatt. Alex's problem was that his attributes all over were fairly limited. I think Alioski has the raw potential to do well, we just have to wait for him to settle and get better.

Never said anything about being the same or anywhere near
Just that a lack of pace will hold him back, and we’ve seen that plenty of times, when a defender has out paced him

Nope don't think he is good enough for promotion seeking team & no way we should be trying anybody at left back get quality signing in when we can till then muddle through.

Not been impressed with him so far. Very slow, and his crossing is awful.

I think its a good thought. If he is effective at LB at an international level then surely he is worth a try at Elland Road too?
Challenge with that might be Berardi. I have heard he is very unhappy being second choice behind Anita lately.

Does he look a left back ?????
Nothing at all from what I’ve seen suggest that
And given it was when he moved from left back is when his career took off

Berardi has started the last two games, Anita is behind him I'd say although Anita is injured

Shaun, I am relaying, from a good source that this is how Berardi has been feeling.
I am also hearing that PJ and TC are not getting along very well.

Never a left back, maybe wing back with more defensive cover.
