i dont want him as manager thats for sure ginger, but i thought that it was something that more managers should be doing with young players.

Whislt i don't care much for malky mackays texts, some of the courses he made players at cardiff take were a class bit of management.

I think a quick look at Brendan Rodgers teams over the years will tell you quite clearly he doesn't care about big tall muscly guys....
