that is the last time we see Willians starting over Pedro this season. we were poor everywhere From Hazard to Azpilicueta. We first looked threatening after Pedro came on.
I know they have problems at palace but their keeper took over a minute 4 times for goal kicks, not a word from the ref. After their shiite start to the season they had to wait for today to play like Barcelona as it was us.
Will never understand why at the 80min mark and losing to bottom team Palace, that our players were walking the ball around on the centreline, no drive at all. Why do we with 2 minutes of added time remaining decide to play the ball out from the back when we could do it all match.

Michy's movement is non existent. Quicker Morata is back the better.
Agree with Pedro starting over Willian, far more threatening.
Fabregas is terrible in a midfield two, so bad without the ball.
Cahill is appalling, how he is captain is beyond me. Christensen/Rudiger should play ahead of him.

Thought Cahill was our only decent defender yesterday. Luiz seems to be back to his worst. Azpi was weirdly poor.
But willian, my god, it is like starting with 10 men every game. What has happened to him? Repeatedly starts oppositions attacks.
Thought hazard when he got the ball was class though but is on the peripheral of games way too much sometimes

Willian has been poor so far this season, i still hold out hope he will get his form back though because at his best he is just as good as Pedro and we need them both.
We have key players out of form, key players injured and a squad that was never going to be good enough to retain the title and compete in Europe.
Currently a toxic mix
