Despite his success with Wales (mainly down to Gareth Bale), what I remember is him being sacked by Coventry after taking them to their lowest finish for 45 years.

Yes we're little ole Leicester, no chance of us:
- getting an ex-England manager in charge;
- staying up in the top division after spending 160 days at the bottom;
- attracting an ex-Chelsea boss with a quality CV;
- winning the Premier League;
- getting into the knockout stages of the Champions League.

I'm not saying it will happen, just that it would be nice - and it's not impossible, unlike the above wish list which I have to admit is quite frankly completely far-fetched!

Part of me wonders if the timing of Shakespeare's dismissal is because they think they can get Ancelotti before Everton and West Ham do. Would he come here? Not sure, but stranger things have happened.

By the time we got Sven his career was in complete free fall, no one wanted him. He went on to manage in china because no one in England would touch him

Ranieri was considered completely washed up when we went for him and had just been sacked by Greece

Ancelotti on the other hand is one of the top rated managers in world football who has just been let go by Bayern Munich. Why the fack is he going to take a job at a bottom 3 club with the likes of Andy King and Daniel Amartey at his disposal?! A bottom 3 club which has become the laughing stock of world football in how quickly it's fallen apart since achieving a one off miracle

I reckon there's more chance of us getting Ancelotti than ever landing a league title or ending up in the quarter finals of the Champions League. If anybody claims the last two could ever happen they would clearly be bonkers!
