7-9 pm 1hr
1-5am an usually manage 1-1.5 hrs in 30 min blocks
7-9am 1 to 2 hours depending on numpties ringing the doorbell or the dogs demanding food or exercise

It was always the plan of the DOF to have Adrien Silva as Manager, that's why he cocked up the transfer!
