Think we're all expecting to see a different set up from Christiansen this weekend. Bristol have had a good start and it's not going to be an easy away game, so a bit more physicality and a tighter midfield is needed. Get Saiz playing a bit deeper than he has been and getting him on the ball more would be a start.
Lonergan
Ayling Jansson Cooper Anita
Vieira O'Kane Saiz
Sacko Lassoga Alioski
Thoughts? Who you do you want to see back in the team?
What line up do you want to see then?

I don't think Murphy was worse. Nothing I've seen from Okane, Bridcutt and Philips have shown me they were a step up.
Although, OKane has looked a lot better this season than he did last.

Murphy me probably is/was slightly better than okane or Phillips
Doesn’t mean we should have kept him though

Does anyone think we could operate with a 352 formation? This would allow Lassoga to have a strike partner which may make us more potent and less predictable. Our wingers aren't delivering at the minute so let's play with wing backs. We can still operate with two holding midfield players and a no. 10.

Think there's some reasonable logic there Hampshire - my only concern is the back four aren't doing to great at the moment, would a back 3 be able to handle it? - Having said that one would hope 5 across the middle would offer them protection and not get so easily ran over. Worth a punt?

TC says he intends to stick with most of the same players, and the same formation. Vieira in place of Phillips is an obvious change. Apart from that, Pablo and Samu did not work well together, might be worth having Sakho in the mix, to run at their big defenders. However, Alioski and Samu can rip a new one in the Bristol defence if they are on their game. TC needs to show that he's learning from his mistakes.

i see nothing to lose playing 3-5-2. our midfield gets over run most games i get to see.

Hampshire, I get why people suggest 3 at the back. Some great teams have had success with it, but some better teams than us have failed. For me, It's a formation for top defenders. Don't think it works at this level

TC said changes equal desperation...we Tommy boy, we have lost 3 on the bounce conceding 7 and scored 1.
Bring in Veira, Dallas on the left, and drop Ladooga for Grot. I'd also like to see Cibicki! The lad was rated as a prospect and imo has every right to take part today.
