Seeing out of the 100 we have loaned in, very few and it is very few have even remotely worked, I’d say there been quite a lot wrong with our loaning of players

Loans can be fine & get you promoted - ask Huddersfield fans, you can then look to sign them with the prem money I.e. mooy.

Our trouble in recent years is loaning seemingly good players who simply never work out for whatever reason.

To be fair he looked committed to the cause when he was getting stuck into their bench yesterday.

Our loans being bad doesn't mean loans in general are. The point of loaning a player is for a quick, short term fix. I can think of a number of loan signings who have worked out for us.

Loans can be fine if you get it right but we rarely did maybe it's changed under the new regime.

I remember reading that 100 loans bit put together by a fan a while back - it might as well have 80 plus comedic moments in the main.

It's alarming to me how many loanees just didn't seem to want to play at Leeds/for the manager over the last few years.
