How good is our Algerian hero... That first touch to pass to Ozi for his standard poachers goal. Show how good he would be in a good team, where the opposition would not be able to double or treble up on him because they would have other world class players to worry about.
So the experiment of giving someone who has never managed a club let alone a premier club is over and as might my said one of the nicest guy in football paid the price.
Who made that decision and a three year contract if its true that Rudkin wanted another did the owners over rule him?
The whole team from the view on my TV set in the desert where a lot quicker to the ball and interceptions.
Lets not get carried away a lose to Everton next Sunday and we could probably be in the bottom three again.
Poor recruitment being blamed there thats not down to Rudkin
As for the next manager i don't have a view on who it should be maybe one who does not require a DoF might be a start unless its that one season wonder who is taking Nante to third place in france behind PSG and Monaco or is that down to Pearson Walshy and Shakey?

Sorry, that was something of a typo-ridden ramble there.

In terms of the whole coward/liar thing - and yes this may sound massively hypocritical coming from me - but that is pretty unnecessary
I don't agree with what nev says about the players and yep he keeps banging that drum - but a coward? Really??? A liar??
I think that's different from some of the more general insults that get thrown around when people get annoyed with each other - it just feels much more personal and yes you may think Nev is wrong, but he's entitled to be wrong!
And let me just add - if I had said either of those things I'd be chastised by many of you on here as abusive!

Nev might be only on the wind up but I’d call Anyone out who wants to repeatedly insinuate as fact a Professional person in the Limelight is an Alcoholic without A any proof B having the courage to actually say it and back it up publicly, that’s cowardly!
Didn’t Nev also claim Martin Allen was a smack Head?
We’ve been ghrough the lies but many times, I’m not saying Nev is lying about Pearson but he’s also not offering an opinion either!
So while he acts cowardly and tells lies, I’ll keep calling him out.
Just like he mentioned JG, another proven Liar!

I wasn’t lying at all about Martin Allen, that’s why I asked it as a question but you did mention him and drugs didn’t you, I can remember being shocked st the time.
Re Pearson - You’re stating Pearson has a drink problem and has had help for it, it’s not your opinion as you’ve now stated it at 3 times as s fact, if he has a drink problem, he’s an Alcoholic except you’re too much of s coward to say what you mean.

That's way too personal TB, that goes beyond banter or off the cuff insults. The board went apeshiiit the other day when i said Miami should go back to not606 with the other thickos (it was off the cuff annoyance) yet no problem at all with this level of accusation and repeated personal attacks on someones character
What a weird place JA606 is.....it seems as long as you are polite when insulting someone it's absolutely fair game

No one doubts Mahrez's ability.... the issue in the last year has been his consistency.
He needs to produce in more than the odd game.
If he can do that through to Jan, then we will be top half.
Now......when he goes in Jan,,,, that is when it will become an issue unless we line up a replacement for the second half of the season, going to be interesting.

Mahrez is one of the most gifted players ever to play for our club.
Doesn’t make him immune to criticism when he doesn’t turn up.
He’s not been good enough for far too long now. He’s had one good game where Swansea allowed him space and time.
He needs to find the consistency he showed in our title winning season to be worthy of praise again. Otherwise it may benefit him and us for him to leave. He goes to play in a team where other players will create him space, and we bring in a player offering more balance and defensive capability.
Doesn’t mean he’s not gifted or suddenly a bad player. Just out of form and not helping the team.

And if you want a good example of why a team is more important than the individual, just look at okazaki compared to the more talented Slimani and Ian.
Sometimes it’s not about the individual.

As long as he is with Leicester i'd have Mahrez in the team every time. At the minute he's one of the players who might create something different. Of course he is not at the level he was two years ago, when he won the pfa player of the year ( or was it football writers player of the year) Now the only award some 'fans' would give him is pantomime villian of the year. he,d have to win another award like poty before some fans would forgive him for asking for a transfer
See Nev I do agree with you sometimes
