LUTV have posted three highlights which are quite interesting in the light of the Berardi sending off, they do show the sending offs but only as part of the match highlight package and to do otherwise wouldn't be appropriate.
Highlight 1 relates to a foul on Alioski, highlight 2 relates to Phillips being booked after one Bristol City player acted aggressively towards him, the third is Pennington's booking for an innocuous looking foul. I believe that Vieira was also booked but that wasn't shown.
I think these are interesting because I believe the producers are telling a story partly relating to inconsistent refereeing and partly relating to provocation.
I didn't see the whole game and got the impression from listening to Thom and Eddie that the Bristol fans felt they didn't get a fair share of decisions but is it possible that this was a poor and inconsistent refereeing display.

I watched a bit of the game including the sending off, city looked rattled and put in a couple of nasty challenges and a fairly ridiculous shirt pull. Taylor way over-reacted to an innocuous trip from berardi - and berardi over-reacted to the over-reaction. Didn’t see the first half so don’t know what went on before, but the city fans i’ve heard from... And their manager just thought they were second best.

The standard of refereeing in the Championship is quite poor I think to say its 2nd level to the Premiership.

Naa wouldn't go along with that you win some you lose some & when the lads are getting stuck in like they were bound to get a reaction from other team fine performance from us & when we did get clattered even foreign lads just got up & got on with it.
