We Still Need More...

Crazy to say after the amount we have spent. We've had a blistering start to the season but have fallen a step or two back in the last 3 games.

I'm happy with a point at Anfield, it's been proven to be a difficult place for us to go to. I'm disappointed with the way we approached the game, however.

The Benfica game, they're always good at home, never mind the poor form they are in. 9 points out of 9 in the CL is positive.

Saturday was just awful from a defensive and attacking point of view.

Jose needs to trial out both Rashford and Martial at the same time against these weaker teams. I am unsure to as why he hasn't as of yet. Furthermore, why can't Mkhi play on the wing? I know he's better as a CAM, but he's struggling for us atm. Lukaku needs service. He's not one of them strikers who will make it happen all by himself. He's a poacher, he strong and quick. Need to play to his strengths.

We are missing Pogba far more than we think. The link between defence and attack is missing. Herrera has fallen off a bit, but he needs a few games, as always, before he hits form.

Very difficult game coming up this weekend. Luckily for us, Kane may be missing. We need to go all out for the win. I'm still positive. City just look ridiculous at the moment. Not much we can do about that.

Pogba does something which a lot of your other players lack, and that is speeding up play.

He really doesn't. In fact, that has been one of his biggest criticisms by United fans.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

He does, on the counter, when driving with the ball and the speed at which his passes are hit (no Wayne Rooney float the ball in the air sheit)

The Wayne Rooney floated ball to Valencia.

People thought he could play in midfield because one in six of them would come off.

I hated it for England, would pull it off but would literally change nothing. If anything it makes it easier for the opposition team to defend.

Lucky for you, I hated watching it every week and for England.

And I agree completely, it didn't usually lead to much as they were so slow to get to the man that the opposition had time to set themselves.

When Paul Scholes and Beckham did it they played it with far more pace (and accuracy obviously) so it was a great weapon when switching play.

Tommy Huddlestone used to hit a lovely pinged pass to Lennon. Rarely much higher than head height. It is a great skill to have

Indeed, but we are talking about Rooney's useless ones.

Yeah, it was an addition to Scholes and Beckham appreciation

If it takes a player 3 touches to get it under control it is pointless

Just give Jose a trillion, he'll win the league with that cash.
