UFC 217:Bisping vs GSP Live Fight Thread!!

It's TIME!!!!!! The UFC is back with another monster card and with the last few not being the most entertaining, UFC 217 pledges to redeem the lackluster 4th quarter we have experienced thus far.

A legend returns in main even as GSP takes on Michael Bisping for the middleweight title. The most dominant welterweight of all time took a 4 year hiatus and will be embarking into unknown territory against a battle hardened champion. I expect a tactical approach from GSP but Bisping is a fighter who has the proclivity to make fighters very ugly for his opponents. The second title fight on this card is the stand out contest between the bantamweight champion, Cody Garbrandt and arch rival, TJ dillashaw. The bad blood and animosity will come to a culmination on November 5 and this high level match up cannot be missed. Joanna J also defends her title against Rose in the third title fight. Joanna is aiming for Rousey's record but Rose will have plans to spoil that endeavor but she will find it hard going against a dominant and viscous fighter. If that wasn't enough to wet your appetite, top level welterweights Jorge Masvidal and Stephen Thompson go toe to toe in a fascinating striker match up. Can the fluid and elusive style of Wonder boy prevail or will the rugged boxing and game mentality of Masvidal come out on top. Hendricks vs Borrachinha rounds off the main card in a must win fight for the former welterweight champion. Also Firas Zahabi's brother is on the prelims and he is an upcoming talent worth watching.
