Hasent this always been the case

Came across this on newsnow but honestly was surprised it was not an issue at the time.
Its not that it was raised and dismissed just no one raised it.
Even the face painter could have set the ball in motion.

i hate the prices charged for the tickets tbh.

i have a season ticket so it doesnt really effect me, but it prices out those who can't afford a season book.

All this is not new news. It was well covered at the time. On the face of it, it is not allowed but I think someone affected has to bring a case if they want to move it forward or get a decision? Maybe they are waiting on the final liquidation and payout.

Also, to be effective the pursued party, presumably newco, would have to have a value that could be realised. Right now they have no value though do have some assets but assets that are only really of much value to a similar business. i.e. no matter what Ibrox may be valued at on the balance sheet its value to anyone other than 'a rangers' is just 15acres or so of brownfield with incumbent demolition costs to even realise that. Hence why Green got it for £4 million before.
