Given the recent defeat and the whole campaign its left me thinking about a few people that aren't up to it at this level. Not saying replacing them with better players would make us beat a team like PSG but maybe a difference between being beat 12-1 over 2 legs and maybe getting beat 7-1.
First position would be Gordon. If we're going to play out from the back he has showed time and time again he isn't capable of doing that. Added to this he doesn't command his box at all and I don't think he's anywhere near his previous level.
Secondly Boyata. The guy is a bombscare in Europe. The amount of times he just leaves the ball and expects someone else to take responsibility is astounding. He's been at fault for goals in both Bayern games and probably tonight (I can't remember).
Sinclair. Maybe a little harsh but would look to have someone on par with him to compete, Forrest and Roberts competing with each other has brought Jamesys form on and the same on the opposite could do wonders.
Also if any decent offers would cash in on Jozo or Eric, they can't stay fit and that lack of building a partnership is really costing us in these big games.

Different game the day , has gone full circle from when we and other sides back in the day would whip amateurish in comparison minnows from the smaller leagues.
Don't happen now as one most teams past the first or second round are actually quite well backed financially and more importantly set up well.
The top end is another matter is such a concentration of talent in a few clubs on their day can destroy anyone.
The reverse scores between PSG and Barca is a prime example

I really don't get what's wrong with Celtic tbh. They must have quality as shown in the first 10 tonight but getting spanked every year makes no sense when for example qarabag have managed to give atletico Chelsea and Roma a tough time.

Qarabag are the worst team we have played in the CL ever, apart from that strike against the woodwork they didn't even create a half chance over 2 games.
How they held Leti twice i'll never know.

Nothing dubious about it. It was not a penalty or a Red card
Plenty of teams struggle away to Qarabag. Simply the conditions, the time difference and the pack the defence out for 90 minutes makes it an awful footballing spectacle

Really, I personally thought it was a stonewall, you seen the angle where he clearly pulls him down? Shouldn't have been a red though, but that's the law I guess if your not playing the ball.

yeah there is an angle where you see the defender tugging at his shirt and pulling his arm back, going the pace willian does I can see how he went down.
