Arsenal’s backroom reshuffle Read more: ht

It seems like the plans are getting in place for life after Wenger or at least building a stronger backroom to steer us forward.

Realize the Director of Football might just be gossip, interesting though.

Trying to make Arsenal successful once our best players all leave on a free in the summer is going to be about as fruitful as saving the UK economy after Brexit

It is more about making Arsenal successful once Mr Wenger goes.
Players are easily replaced - Alexis and Ozil have hardly been world beaters this season.
Moving on from a manager who has been running the club for two decades is a different proposition though, and it is good news that we are finally looking to put in an infrastructure to move forward.

Wenger will never be fired, he will only quit. Maybe the club is trying to accelerate this event?

Despite being one of Gio's biggest cheerleaders, I'll be the first to admit the fact that Dutch managers havent exactly covered themselves in glory outside the Eredivisie. The past decade has been an absolute nightmare.
