Oh dear.
Two dropped points at bottom of the table and winless Brechin is not what we were hoping for.
I wasn't at the game due to other commitments, but I have been soundly advised by mate that we were dominant in the first half then fell apart in the second, and were apparently lucky to hold on to the point.
No hiding from the fact that this is an exceptionally poor result and performance and it maybe shows that we're not quite as far along as we had hoped after a couple of wins on the bounce.
I am however sure that Laszlo learned more from Saturday than he did the week before against Falkirk, and hopefully he can find solutions to our faults.
We also lost Scobbie to a late red card and that's a blow, meaning either Quinn or, God forbid, Edge will need to come in for a game or two.
Not much more to say since I didn't see it, but hopefully we'll see a reaction next weekend. We are at least still top of the pile.

Good morning. I don’t really follow lower league football but I remember getting in trouble for Brechin the peace in the city a few years ago.
Do you think this weekend proves that the gap between the two Dundee sides is at its biggest in 400 or even 450 years? On one side of the city you have a team which struggled to get a result against absolute garbage whose history consists of the majority of years in the lower leagues, and on the other side of the city you have a team who got a valuable point against a decent Brechin side.

Dundee Utd are a tough one for the predictor next week.
The manager has lost the dressing room and after the way he has apparently ripped them a new one despite gaining a point away from home the players are revolting. Well we knew that anyway but they are also in a revolt against the manager.
Bad times for some in Dundee.
I predicted the Dunfermline bubble would burst, It looks like the new manager bounce is over for Utd

I wasn’t there either because I had a rehearsal, sounded like we should have had the match out of sight by half time then got away with one second half. Between that and the Falkirk match our GD really should be better than it is. St Mirren play Livi tomorrow night so whatever happens there we’ll drop to second, I suppose a draw would suit us best but who knows.
Hopefully they spend this week practising their finishing!
