Actually its a great run we are on, 4 out of 5 games won in the league and the other drawn only by a fluked goal, 2 goals conceded and oudles scored. Now, we ALL know that Lovren, Moreno and Migs WILL fk up sooner or later and it will cost us again, but for now they have been ok even though Migs was fortunate and Moreno again was caught out of position a few times.
Klopp rested a few then just sent on the messiah for a twenty minute cameo, bang bang game over job done, some player old Salah eh! Anyway did people notice who DIDNT play? It just sums up the squad and how its been transformed.
We had:
Sturridge
Coutinho
Clyne
TAA
Robertson
Klavan
Henderson
Lallana
Ings
Of those listed 5 are considered 1st teamers although Clyne is injured. Klopp does have a very good squad and thats why we can rotate and shouldnt suffer the Jan we had last year!
Roll on the next game
Great win.

Very much one game at a time atm but it's easy not to trust this side but the reaction after Spurs has been excellent and now we're above them.
Brighton next which will be a test but it will allow us to make up ground on Arsenal, Utd or both so we've got to be on it.
As you say hopefully having options will keep us a bit fresher.

I was worried before hand when I saw the team but we now seem to have some depth when everyone is fit.
We got away with it today in some respect with Mig. Most of our downfall is through individual errors and we got away with it with Mig. I personally feel we need a new keeper.
Now for Brighton. And we will have players such as Salah coutinho Studge all rested.

Ox played well too. Much more positive in his play. Feels like a Liverpool player now.

Right we all know Mignolet Lovren Moreno are not good enough and should have all been sold and replaced in the summer. We got away with a huge decision tonight and Stoke missed a few sitters even though we kept 11 men. Can was poor tonight especially on the ball.
The positives were Joe Gomez, Ox although a bit careless on the ball at times is settling in showing enough good things, some good corners too surprisingly though mixed in with ones not beating the first man its a clear tactic we work on from corners yet we are so facking bad rarely gets past the first man.
Solanke, felt he did fairly well and hopefully learnt a lot from it. A lot might have missed that he set up Manes goal and also put Mane through for a 1v1 he facked up and hit the post. He had a really good chance himself and hit it at the keeper pretty poor for a striker but other then that felt it was a decent 60 mins or so getting about and linking up promisingly.
Mane played well, liked his decision making and calmness on the ball when to slow a counter attack down cause its 2 vs 5 in their favour so keep the ball really helped at times cause Ox and others guilty of just blindly passing it down alleys to no1.

form has only recovered from earlier draws and just puts us on the edge of being in the mix for the consolation prizes.
like arsenal in other words.

Scrappy, very scrappy. With the supposed talent we've got, Stoke put us on the spot. That having been said, a win is a win is a win, and there were some good performances by the Reds.
