Most of us are eager for new recruits. Waltz under the thumb...& Meadowhall bound, He's succumbed to Jezebel
That said, he might have more to look forward too

A Striker would have to be the main focus. I'd personally hold onto Depoitre, and be looking to replace Mounie. It would seem he's uninterested, Not fully committed, and short on skill at this level.
Who ever Wagner has in mind, We'd also have to address the supply channel issue too... no good having a quality, 1st class forward if he's never going to see the ball. yes .
Schindler . Build around him, Jorgensen, Not premier league standard is he. Although a couple of us did insist this position was the main priority even before the Wembley final & subsequent summer.
Jorgensen was never 'it'.
To me personally, The Quality centre back has always been the main
problem that needed sorting out. I'd like a player of the Kompany/Louis mold. ambitious yes. But essential to TOWN surviving this season..
pencil in your options. But we do have to tighten up at the back !

I have every faith in Wagner, I'm sure he has a wish list long planned & every intention to try & bring who ever they may be in.
But now the thorny issue, Will our present form & league position be enough to make potential new players have 2nd thoughts of joining a side that might well slip back into the Championship
That would be disappointing, but a very real possibility.
All the more essential that we manage to get some goals & wins chalked up before the Christmas fixtures & the January window opens.

We said and agreed all along, This is a split division.
A top 'big Six' with financial clout & huge fan demographic,
And the rest ! Town included in 'part II'. But I think we can do better, And are quite capable of Surviving the dreaded drop. Not a massive fan base,
But pound for pound, pure Quality compared to just about every side in this league at the moment. A couple of wins, A mid table position & it could all look start to feel a whole lot better.
Remember.
last season, Only 6 pts separated 8th placed Southampton (46pts) & Watford (40pts) who finished just above Hull who were relegated. (6pts adrift of Watford).
