Been a while since our famous shirt has had a long-term owner.
Who do you think is likely to get the shirt next and who would you like to have it? Do you think someone in the current squad could take it?
It’s a big shirt to wear so it has to be someone up to it (please see Valencia, no disrespect to him)
I think the most likely is currently Griezman although I would prefer a proper winger but there really aren’t many in the game anymore which is a shame in my opinion.

Mkhi needs to be sold. I think some players you can see whether they are cut out for playing for United and I don't think he is. Talented player but the style doesn't suit him and I don't think he has the mentality.

Just because George Best, Bryan Robson, Eric Cantona, David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo have worn a shirt number doesn't make it more than just a shirt number.

Let old Grandad have a quick word here;
This whole number thingy **was** important, when you slipped the ref a team-sheet with 11 players and a reserve at 2.37pm.
Squad sizes these days are massive, and we always thought that 'rotation' was something you all chipped in for down at the local brass house.
Like, who cares anymore?
That makes me down wid de kids now, right?

The current Atletico Madrid player? Not sure La Liga would be happy about him turning out in a different shirt to his teammates tbh...
Just putting in a word for number 10, Violett, Law, Ruud, Becks, Rooney, Hughes all wore it but people don't get all weird about old number ten for some reason.
