Not the dazzling appointment some on here are hoping for but with the state of our club, our finances, current squad, underwhelming board, he is maybe the best we could hope for at the moment.
He has done an excellent job on a very small budget at St Johnstone (only 9th highest payers in the league) yet consistently finishing in 4th
With his knowledge of our league and record of consistent over-achievement, I'd be happy with him at the helm at this stage of our club's progress back to the top of Scottish football. Whether he'd be the man to keep us above Celtic, or into European football beyond Christmas, is a different matter but I'd offer him a two and a half year contract and see if he could resurrect our fortunes on the field, largely with the existing squad

Nah not at all. I was properly tired today. I thought a nap would sort me out but it took a bit longer than expected.

Had my nieces 21st Saturday night, great night. Slept til 11am then pottered about for a couple of hours, in an absolute heap! Went back to bed for an hour, slept through the alarm and woke fresh as a daisy at 11pm!
