A lot has been said about how Fraudiola has improved certain players over the last season and a bit. Names such as Sterling and Stones are often the first that comes to mind. Hell, even Silva seems to find it easier to score now that he's not expected to "shoot" as such, but to guide the ball into the back of the net.
The turnaround of the player that I have been most impressed with is Otamendi. Most of you blues might have noticed my not-so-favourable thought of the guy during first first couple of seasons. Bad positioning, diving-in, and a lack of composure were traits that frustrated. Not since the second coming of the Dunne-monster have I seen such a stark improvement. So, my hat is doffed to you, Nicolas Otamendi. Long may your performances continue.
THE most improved player

Otamendi has improved but he does still seem to have a hand in a lot of goals we have conceded lately.
Mangala is a lost cause I think, doesn’t look anywhere near comfortable enough on the ball. He would suit certain Prem sides though, United actually one..

"In fact I remember the rags wetting themselves with excitement when they thought they were going to sign him"
I don't ever remember us being linked to him let alone being excited about it

There was a photo going round of him photoshopped onto a United kit with something along the lines of “Manchester United welcomes Nicolas Otamendi”

A lot of reds thought it was virtually a done deal

Never saw Craig Bushmouse report it to be fair

The difference in midfield has been the main thing, in that the defence now aren’t being exposed and left with one on ones.

I would make Otamendi captain in Vinnies absence.

Having fullbacks that can sprint back to cover also helps.
