Many players who look a class apart in other leagues fail to make it in the prem. Mik is a classic example, as was Kagawa before him.

He would when you see Lingard, Mata, Rashford, Martial and Mkhi lining up on the right for us.
I'm not that enamoured by the prospect of signing him. But he's a quality footballer and would improve our attack.
I think we need a more traditional winger for the right wing, however, but there doesn't seem to be that many about of the required quality.
We'll probably end up signing Bale, whom is a better player than Griezmann, but he'll end up injured half the bloody time.
