An ability to change system based on injuries and work well with your coaching staff is surely a positive trait.

I said last season we should keep Monk because he got us up to 7th, but he also gave us our team back. All of this against backdrop of uncertainty and chaos generated by Cellino. This season, we have lost key players in Wood and Green, but we are showing character. TC deserves credit for that. However, 7th would not be an improvement on last season, and despite bringing in some good players, we have not addressed key areas of weakness. Play-offs is a minimum requirement for me. Anything less deserves a P45.
