Ozil

Can't see much in this. Ozil isn't a Mourinho type player. He's not big and strong and good in the air. In fact one of the few technical players Mourinho has in Mhkitaryan doesn't get a look in and Ozil is a very similar player to him. The other is Mata who gets some games but you'd expect more and he also sold him at his last club.

Have no intention of opening the link as its probably nonsense but I really wouldn't be that suprised to see him rock up at utd.

Still think he should head to Spain or italy though. I

It's why when they were at Madrid he told Ozil that beautiful passes aren't enough and called him lazy as he didn't work. Most teams have a player like that in their team that are technical and create but don't offer much in defence and since Mourinho likes to park the bus a lot he doesn't like those types of players. He prefers strong players who are good in the air which makes sense considering the way he likes his teams to play.

Which is why he isn't a Mourinho type player.

TOOR, Mourinho's always had the classic 'Mourinho type player', but also the odd few who don't fit the stereotype.

Özil was a Mourinho signing at Madrid and was shipped as soon as Mourinho left. In between, he played over 150 games in just three seasons.

That's more than enough indication to think he might be a player to Mourinho's liking, more so considering his current squad seem to be lacking a bit in creativity.
