On Saturday December 30th Wolves say farewell to 2017 when they travel down to Bristol to take on high flying Bristol City.
Game 3 of 5 in a 15 day period sees the league’s top and second placed teams go head to head. City may be 8 points behind Wolves but as they have scored only 6 goals less and conceded only 5 goals more, they represent probably the sternest challenge that Nuno and his wolf pack have faced this season.
Both teams have taken 13 points from their last 5 games with City getting stronger over the last few weeks but Wolves not producing the performances that they did earlier in the season. Wolves are unbeaten in 10 games and City unbeaten in 7 (including a win over Man U in the EFL cup)
With a 5.30 kick off time and the game live on Sky TV, there is little excuse to miss what should be a highly entertaining game of football.

Wouldn't be that surprised if Cardiff missed out on the play-offs. Bristol City, Derby and even Leeds are much better sides. Sheffield Utd, Preston, Middlesbrough and Villa could all catch them
