Fans are starting to disbelieve rad abit.
He’s responding by saying there will be a q and a in February where he will he response to people’s worries.
Am happy enough with that
But He did say ALL the wood money would be reinvested, now if that isn’t the case, I think he’s on sticky ground with the fans
Rightly or wrongly

You can see around the whole club which way he's going, he's cleaver, earned his fortune doing things his way!..
What people at the Q&A thing should ask!..
Can you swap places with Cellino cause we sure are missing him?..
Maybe Cellino could set up a 50/50 thing with Bates!..
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Was feeling nostalgic for Cellino earlier when I saw a news article saying that he's just sacked his second manager in 6 months at Brescia.
Apparently he's re-hired the first manager!
Oh, and it's probably because Brescia are currently in (unlucky for some) 17th place in their league!
See what we're all missing!!

At least BIG C was entertaining, trying to 2nd guess the evil genius, this agreeing malarkey is sooooooo boring.

Its odd how when he came to us he gave us 2yrs to go up, Cagliari went up the second year after he left!..
That club is another that seems to be getting run properly these days, bottom half of their table but still up there!..!..

I think he is a genuine guy who’s doing his best by the club.
However, I believe he’s started on the wrong foot, and the mess he’s made of recruitment and contracts handed out, may take a while to fix.
If we lose another big player, such as Jansson, this summer, we would be nowhere near promotion.

If we lose another big player we will then know he is not what we hoped.

When we lose players with a year left of contract, everyone complains.
Now, I’m not s fan of long contracts for players that we want to improve on, but if they are in terms that are favourable to club and players want to be here then it’s quite a positive to have stability and predictability.
I would imagine that we’ll be looking to improve squad in summer and that those improvements help bring out Best in existing players or some move on.
Cellino tried to run whole thing himself, everyine said bring in team to help you, AR does that and gets slaughtered for it. AR has to give trust to that team (coaches and scouts) to do what he brought them in for and credit to him for supporting his manager when times were tough, he’s doing the right things the right way more often than not, if leaders listened to every murmur along the way they wil never get anywhere.

Nobody knows the terms of these long deals, I'd think they're set up to get the best price possible when sold on, but there'll more than likely be clauses in them for the club to get out off!..
Say they have to play so many games a year and so on, when not then the club are free to let them go!..
I cant see the club giving such contracts without having a way out of them, remember the one Cellino had when he instructed Redders not to play one of his main strikers?..

Nope I am not 1 of those, who wants to be right or wrong. It is all about opinions, discussions & chewing the fat. Only a few on here WANT to be right all the time, makes them feel superior.

It is possibly 2 fold, as you said so we can get a good price or the pleasure of finding a gem & keep um tied down.
