Isn't Wonder Woman being nominated for a Best Picture Oscar?

If true, and if she wins the that's the end of the Oscars, no matter if it's a good movie or not no Marvelk movie ever should even be considered, it's also condescening to give it to that cause it's about a female super hero lead.

It's a good movie. I think she deserves it.

The Oscar's sold out for me when they gave Di Caprio a PityOscar.

Personally I'd like to see more diverse movies because, as a man I don't feel threatened by it. Unlike some.

It's not "The Best Picture" though, nowhere close to it, maybe best actress (highly debatable though as many excellent female performances ast year) so but it's a slap in theface to cinema to give it best picture.

Nothing to do with you not being threathened, Cineam is art and should be judged as Art, not gender based

Get Out was a really good film, but again I think it's been over rated slightly.

What does best picture mean though?

What movie has inspired and encapsulated the year more than Wonder Woman? What movie has impacted as much as WW?

I get that it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I thought it was terrific. Just because it's popular and based on a comic book doesn't mean that it can't be the best picture of the year imo.

Lol the ending is horrendous.... Gal gadot is so special however. Of all the action hero films this year for me thor: ragnorak was by far the best. Hands down for me.

I checked out of Marvel after iron man 3!

Just had enough of them.. Thor was my favourite though

Honestly check out Thor: Ragnorak.

First Thor was meh, 2nd Thor was awful, Ragnorak by a country mile the best Thor and right up there with Guardians of the Galaxy. Had the 80's vibe, cracking soundtrack, very good characters. Id have it as one of the best Marvel films of them all.

Solid 9/10

ps you dont have to have watched the previous 2 Thors as they pretty much write them off in Ragnorak !!
