It's very tight at the top now,. apart from Man City nobody is.guaranteed top 4. Don't sack the manager, just throw more millions at it.

I know you’re trying to be funny, but these days that is the only option teams have to stand any long term chance of a sustained challenge.

In all seriousness this should be looked at depending on the manner in which we miss out on 4th.

If the performances of the team from the end of this window through to May is not up to the standard that we were playing before the window opened then Klopp really needs to take responsibility for his decisions.

This has nothing to do with what the other teams have done in this window.

Think he's going to play Moreno up front... as farrrrr away from our goal as possible.

He won't even be able to come back to defend corners

I suspect I'm not alone on this point, but I hope Andy Robertson is back in tonight. Moreno was either not match fit or not match ready for Saturdays game.

Let’s see...there are 14 matches left and 11 points separate 2nd to 6th. We are currently 4th and closer to 6th than we are to 2nd.

Yes, there is a lot of football left to be played. Yes, anything can happen. However, our results against Swansea and West Brom only show that we are capable of blowing it and we could very much do the same against Huddersfield. Jekyll and Hyde spring to mind.

So, to answer the OP, I think if we finish 6th, ten yes. If we finish 5th, then we should give him another year, unless there are more than six points between 4th and 5th.

Shoot yourself in the foot

Think we need less of the misty eyed sentimentality / once a winning team always a winning team view. Football is a success based business and success is measured on participation and winning outcomes in cup competitions and leagues, revenue earned through competitions or through equity growth in squad values through such activities.

I don’t think Klopp should go, he has been a breath of fresh air to the club and has us playing the most scintillating attacking brand of football in the PL today. That said another season without silverware and we-entry into the prestigious CL club and he and FSG will and should be under tremendous pressure to improve.

It’s not personal, it’s not emotional, it’s business.

And good business, 1 year etc., means giving the boss the time and money - especially the time - to work his magic.

I think that if the team had played these last two games well and had still lost, then there wouldn't be the mayhem seen in some posts here. The very idea of getting rid of JK show how daft some can be, unless they are wums, of course and are daft in any case.
