Harry Kane was poor tonight but still managed to get beyond our defenders, be annoying and win free kicks. In comparison lukaku gave away free kicks by being offside and was half hearted in his headers and getting into the box
I also argued he doesn't get the supply but increasingly he doesn't move/make the run. Get in the feckin box as a minimum
Winning and losing is fair enough but as a fan you expect effort. Don't really see any.

Sorry mate didn't see your post until after I posted.
When I say he doesn't get much service I mean it in the context that Sanchez didn't when in acres of space and martial went it alone. Lukaku was making effort early on and likes if rashford just ding want to pass.
Now he, lukaku, doesn't seem to bother

He'll find his rhythm at some point though, the question is whether it'll ever be good enough even when at his peak and especially because of inconsistency.

A front three of Martial, Sanchez, Rashford or Lingard would be better in the big matches. Lukaku is good for the small teams. But I just don't see a great striker. Certainly not someone worth £75m.

finally people starting to see the sign post doesn't like to move.
Been saying it for months he's a lazy git who expects things on a plate.
The amount of times he moans a player does pass it to him hey he hasn't moved for the ball is staggering.

The guy is a tank and very tall.
Yet appears to be afraid of getting stuck in, winning headers and putting himself about.. Like Kane, or Drogba.
Even Zlatan put himself about for us and he's 30 facking 5 odd.
He's pretty much a waste of space sometimes.
