Bolton Wanderers v Bristol City

After the excitement of the deadline day doings it back to actual football ⚽ tonight, the 2nd of 3 home games on the trot in front of the sky cameras no less. Formidable opposiion in Bristol City, the first of 3 difficult fixtures against teams from the top 6. Form wise Bristol have had a poor run since boxing day when they were 2nd in the league. 3 defeats, 1 draw, 1 win has seen them drop to 5th and out of both cups so just 1 win out of 8. Bolton having only played 4 games in January should have at least the advantage of being fresher. Team news. Anyones guess at this stage. The departure of Gary madine seems to have left Phil parkinsonism a broken man. How will he cope with his loss and integrate new signings John Flanagan, reece Burke, Zach clough and Tyler walker? Darren Pratley still injured, David wheater and Aaron Wilbraham doubtful for tonight. No news at this stage whether Mark beevers is fit enough after missing the Ipswich game. My guess for tonight is
Alnwick. Little, Burke, dervite, Robinson. Derik, Henry. Ameobi, vela, clough. Walker

Should be relatively debt free then next season then 👿

Be alreet when we sell Ameobi plus one other high value player.
We should be looking forward to being understanding and realising we best not spend on transfer fees when we could be even more profitable using the free and loan markets.
No point breaking the good habit we have by spending good money on players.

Spending money in the next window is just what PP is looking forward to. Will his dreams come true? Blue marble may have something to say about that, as well as Ken. The petty cash tin is overflowing at the moment but will Ken and little Lee wants a bonus apiece?

Ah that reminds me SWIE a bonus in time to spend it on a nice summer holiday would be nice and perhaps another for next Christmas you can't have too many bonuses to blow on holidays with the family can you.

Early finish and feet up time to prepare for the big match tomorrow. Unless we get a last minute takeover there's unlikely to be any football news for us today the Beano hasn't got anything not even a little joke or a cartoon to amuse us.

No holidays are essential. I will be back in Spain come the beginning of May, so a long holiday is the order of the day. I'm not sure What will happen next year, Will we spend next winter here? I'm not sure. I will leave it up to the missus. We have our home in Spain and also a three bedroom two bathroom holiday house on an award-winning complex. If any members of the forum want to rent it, mates rates are available. Details available on request.

Hang on can't be just me thinking can it.
I've seen Ken & Lee's holiday snaps the places they stay at look remarkably similar to what swie describes. Why have the Beano not picked up on this hot piece of gossip.

Well, we have excellent facilities at our home. We have entertained over 40 friends and relatives in the past. Unfortunately, our rental property doesn't have the same space, although there are five outdoor pools with cascading waterfalls, a water slide for the children, an indoor spa, 24-hour reception, restaurant and free minibus transport for anyone who wants to spend time at either of the two large sandy beaches or visit the town. There are other attractions like a cafe, bar etc. I would say it's best suited to family holidays rather than single couples.
