Yes, James is getting games at Bayern, starting normally. Scored today, been on good form recently.

Nit being funny but why does he want to join us if he appeares to be doing well at Bayern?

It annoys me a bit that people say he’s done nothing since the World Cup.

It’s not true at all.

28 goals and 27 assists in 77 games in La Liga.

4 goals and 6 assists in 15 games in Bundesliga.

He’s quality.

Maybe not absolute top quality, but he’d walk into most PL teams.

Absolutely zero chance of this being true though.

He might not have held down a starting place for us (Madrid) but he made important contributions. When he was called upon he almost always chipped in with a goal, a key pass or an assist.

He just never lived up to his price tag, which was exaggeratedly high for a player who hadn't made that many waves and everyone thought had been bought on the back of 5 World Cup games.

His entourage was also a bit of a problem, and he didn't com across as the brightest spark in interviews either.

Glad he's doing well at Bayern though. I wouldn't mind him back, tbh, but I suppose he's too big (and expensive) to be a squad player.
