Hi all, used to do these all the time in the hope that at the end of the season I could average them out and see who I (and other posters) gave the highest scores throughout.
Anyway based off todays game here goes:
Lloris - 6.5 I thought he did well, couldn't do much for either goal
Trippier - 3.5 shambolic for the first goal and didn't contribute anything going forward
Sanchez - 3 Rightly subbed off, terrible on the ball
Vertonghen - 7 Another great game for him after a very shaky start
Davies - 7 Our best player first half, poor for the second. Weird player in that he is a top quality fullback but doesn't suit our style
Dier - 4 Dreadful game in midfield, good when moved into CB
Dembele - 7.5 My MotM, carried the team at times
Eriksen - 6.5 Solid but struggled at times
Dele - 6.5 Struggled in the final third with his final pass but did a good job in midfield
Son - 6 Was way too greedy, in bad form at the moment
Kane - 6.5 Great penalty at the end, especially considering everything, did good throughout the rest of the game as well
Wanyama - 7 What a hit! One of the best long range shots I have seen
Lamela - 6 didn't really do much, well won pen but lucky
Llorente - N/A

At the end of the day seeing it we can be critical but Lloris had a slit second to make a decision and possibly it was not the best decision in the world. Thats football. I am far more worried about his passing of the ball and his clearances than I am his keeping ability

Thats fair enough but as a keeper he will have to make many split second decisions and I would prefer it if got them right. For some reason I think he thinks that Salah has knocked it too far and he can smoother it. Why else would he go down on the deck?

Alli is infuriatingly cack in possession. So lazy and careless.
Lloris misjudged the 2nd one for sure, but credit to Salah for a seriously rapid adjustment of his feet to hit his shot high at last moment

Agree with this, second half at anfield and we completely bossed it, Liverpool resorted to long ball, I don't think I have seen them play that way all season.
Dier was far better when he went to centre back with vertonghen. If Toby is not ready for arsenal I would not be surprised if dier starts at centre back and wanyama comes into the middle with dembele.
Don't know if anyone else noticed but the lead up to Liverpool's second goal was from a throw in which lloris headed out. If lloris had just left it then it would have gone out for a goal kick.

Extremely harsh ratings in the OP and start of the comments (didnt read through everything)
Trippier was actually decent and took on his man more than ive seen for a while! Sanchez bad but not a 3. Dembele so good that when he came off we scored twice...
Son + alli were far better than kane.
Oh and special shout out to poch for being brave and making 1. Attacking sub with 20mins to go. 2. Not bringing on sissoko!!

Onehopeful, well Trippier only made one dribble all game according to stats, and myself like many others thought he didn't take on anyone so maybe you are confusing yesterday with the game vs Man Utd. Also did you not see his pathetic clearance to gift them the first goal?
For everyone here who gets so confused and upset over analysing one individual game, as for some reason we are not allowed to do this if a player has played well the last month, we weren't that good and had to rely on a wonder goal and a huge defensive error to get us back into that game.
