Thanks Antonio

Another year, another trainwreck. Would anyone else be sad to see roman sell up? For the last 20 years it has been amazing to be a Chelsea supporter, but seeing as we can no longer compete in terms of transfers, isn’t it now time for some stability and build a team for the next three to four years which we will never achieve with him as the owner.
All it looks like is we had an amazing manager who overachieved the first season and has been overtaken by two teams spending half a billion. He has also been undermined by the board not signing players he wanted. I can guarantee that most top clubs in Europe would have him tomorrow.

Think Chelsea are competing well in the transfer market.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

And how much have each club sold in that time? Bet Chelsea have recouped a lot of that £350 million from player sales.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, not wanting to be North London like, but the net spend is more like;

City £357m
United £251
Chelsea £68
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Don't show that to the Utd fans, the truth really upsets them.

Bit like when you tell that they've only finished top four once since Fergie retired.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah we get really upset about not winning the net spend trophy

That's a shame. It would be a better trophy than any of the Mickey Mouse trophies you've won in recent years

Net spend trophy

They really are the new Spurs
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Oi! You lot are the new Liverpool!!

See, it is not nice and a step too far. Your mother won't be proud.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Nah we’ve actually won stuff recently ChavSpud

Thats how it started with Liverpool "but but we are still winning the second rate trophies"

You could have saved more and have a minus net spend if you actually used your youth. You have a few in the Pl who would have been as good if not better than some of the dross you have signed. But these players chose to leave as they haven't seen a doorway to the first team. That is an issue your club needs sorting and it isn't just down to the manager.

No one has a divine right to win anything. As supporters we do have a right to criticise the way the club is run. We have sacrificed the long term for the short term over the last 15 years and been successful. If we are now in a position where we are looking at not paying the most money, surely a new approach is necessary?

What exactly are you criticising?

In what way have we sacrificed long term for the short term?

What are you looking to achieve with this new approach?

What next?
