I was hoping for an Arsenal win as to me that would be better for us, however with Spurs winning what we can do now is hammer home the advantage with a win Vs Saints...or LFC "B" team.....which wont be easy.
If we can take the 3 points then we will be 9 points ahead of Arsenal which with 11 games left is a big gap. Obviously winning takes us back above Spurs and also keeps the pressure on Utd to keep winning in order to stay 2nd; plus i dont know about you but i already have one eye on the OT match.
The closer we are to Utd the bigger the Utd match, im hoping by the time Utd comes round we will be right up close to them.

The hypocrisy on here. I remember Spurs fans all doom and gloom. Saying it's going to be tough against UTD. Then oh we have a bad record at Anfield we always get beaten there so 0 points. Then Arsenal derby there for the taking but somehow we always screw it up. Truth is you have have stepped up a few levels the last weeks. Now after all your negative posts you are lol'ing at everyone. Just find it funny that's all! It's either doom and gloom or we are so much better then you mentality. TBH I'm more worried collectively on how we can beat City over a course of a season. They just go from strength to strength.
