Bad Penny

Like the proverbial bad penny, Al Hasawi is trying to grab just one little bit more of NFFC’s cash. Hope this is one battle Forest are up for and we are all looking for a convincing win for the Reds!

It's hard to say who was first for the court case

The NP didn't come across this until hours after the original story, they barely get any information first or seemingly first hand these days. I wouldn't trust their difference over the original to be honest.

What we do know is that imbecile feels like the club should be paying back over 4m worth of funds he loaned the club. I thought he might want some of the cash he wasted in such an irresponsible manner back from the club.

EM and co are suggesting that there were liabilities there that weren't discovered or declared before the takeover. Now, who would be surprised if that was true? I know I'm a cynic but I'd have been hugely surprised if a number of skeletons hadn't come out post him buggering off.

I hope EM takes the idiot to the cleaners.

FAH seems to be taking swipes at Forest, and our fans on a regular basis now. People like him never learn because in their eyes and those of their hangers on; don't ever do any wrong

Yes, he would have been told by all of his sycophants that he should be the last to be blamed for the five year Al Hasawi debacle.

Given that he threw away money hand over fist whilst at the club, surely no court in the land would trust a word he said?

If Fathats grasp of English commercial law matches his grasp of the language we have nothing to worry about.

The guy clearly doesn’t like being out of the spotlight.

Some clarification from the chairman over this issue would be nice, though. All gone quiet.

I think the club won't really say a lot but will do what needs doing. You would suspect with Fawaz's ability to organise and manage things vs EM's, it might be a bit of an unfair race

I would think the club cannot say anything as the case will be sub judice. I find that debts have turned up that were not declared more believable than the club owing FAW money.

Either way, I don't think they are big at giving un-necessary updates to supporters and rather keep things internal to a degree
