After each match on Match of the Day, whoever has scored, Gary Lineker will ask his pundits, “Is he the greatest ever PL player?” or “Is he currently the best player in the world?”, and every time the answer is “yes, without a doubt”. After EVERY match. Or “Is this the greatest team ever to grace the PL?”. This is after every single game. Even a Stoke v Bournemouth, which will then be superseded by Watford v Southamption the game after. Over sensationalising is the worst thing in human history.

Even better is you can spend the whole analysis time discussing a decision and not the game, I love that bit.

beyond world class would point to being the best in the solar system, which is probably true... unless we discover some deep sea Titan league that has quality players... But, much to Joey's dismay, all other world class players will become beyond world class too, by default, nullifying his point.

Lol I like when they say "best team in Europe, if not the world". Yeah they may be the best team in the European leagues but there's probably a team in the Taiwanese league that is better so can't say in the world.
