I had a relaxing half day and 2 pints today in Dumfries at the end of a
3 day sojourn walking on a distance footpath in Galloway.
As ever when I’m there I paid my respects at Robert Burns’ grave.
Lifelong and maximum appreciation of the man and his work.
Blawin’ a blizzard but had to put my hood down and took my hat aff.
Revisited several sites connected to the man including his house.
Never tire of it.
Both pubs I was in Burns had also supped in regularly.
One of his best mates made this miniature portrait of him.
He could have been sitting next to you today at work or on a train.
Half expect to see him at the next JA gathering.
Looks like a combo of Elite, Call Sign, and Jungle

Haha Pointy.
Burns would have approved or Mr Cronin.
And that’s put Curly’s impressive Howson into Silver Medal slot.
Offski myself Pointy early jump as per.
