So Spurs beating the current CL holders for the last 2 seasons and the most successful side in European cup/CL history counts for nothing?

Portuguese football is in a downward spiral.

Just a few seasons ago,Porto,Benfica,Sporting,Braga etc where reaching quarter,semi and finals.Now they are nowhere.

A bit of perspective is needed.
