Wanyama

According to the world and his dog, we are v interested in signing him for Spurs, what with the inevitable departure of Can. Well, he is an ex Southampton player, and with our seemingly unrelenting appropriation of players from that fold that's got to be in his and our favour.

He's built like the proverbial brick chicken house, has both speed and power to his game and, along with Keita could do the business of frightening the pellets out of the opposition.

Coming from Spurs, however, could cost a bomb. Daniel Levy loves a good deal, but his professional desire knows no bounds when it comes to selling.

Being a season ticket holder in my 7th year, I can honestly say being at Wembley just for 1 year is absolutely horrible. Atmosphere not the same, horrible to get in and out, away fan banter rubbish, pubs stop serving 1 hour before kick off, concourse is always freezing, no decent plus nearby to park except Kingsbury I could go on. The only plus point is the amazing kebab just up the road which is the best kebab you will ever eat. That is it. To put up with Wembley for 4 years would honestly tempt me from throwing my ST away. Chelsea will struggle with attendances towards the latter years of their stay there.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

The stupid facking traffic light system getting out of the ground, nobs taking selfies at the top of the stairs of the station, the bloke in the mega phone shouting bible references at you on the Wembley walk.

There are so many things I hate about playing at Wembley - red facking seats, endless stairs on the way down after a game you have watched on the top tier, rip off food prices.

I hate it nearly as much as I hate half and half scarves

Wembley aint that bad, and this is coming from somebody who has been going to WHL for nearly 60 years. You make the best of it that you can. I have been to far worse grounds.

Know what you mean Sandy but ultimately it's not "home".

It will be harder to us, going from good area with lots of bars and restaurants like Chelsea and Fulham.

You guys have moved from one dreadful part of London to another. Not even London really, Zone 4 or wherever it is. Middx really, outer London suburbs

The sight lines are good, I always have a good view, and they haven't scrimped on toilets, I can always curl one out when I need to. But that's probably the best I can say about it, getting there and getting back again is always horrendous, and I have stopped going to some mid week games because of it.

Wembley is a great ground, I've always enjoyed going there for England games or gigs, but it'll never be home for you guys.

Chelsea have a formidable record there so it could be good for them.

I would argue that all FA Cup Semi finals should be on neutral ground though, so involving Spurs this season they should be at OT or somewhere like that.

I agree semi finals shouldn't be at Wembley (not just this season because of Spurs but ongoing). I also hate the fact every England game at home is at Wembley. Should definitely see more games around the country. I personally believe that this is the single biggest factor in the country falling out of love with the national team, by far.

Somewhat agree, competitive England games should be at the England national stadium. It's the biggest stadium with the biggest catchment area.

Friendlies you could argue should be at OT, Anfield (once fully expanded), and St Jamess.

There is a friendly at Elland road before the world cup, can't remember who against.
