Team for the 🥧 s

If Pep has studied one of his predecessors final FA Cup games with City, Mancini, then he won’t be underestimating anybody in the competition this year hopefully. That said our “second string" are more talented than those who played under Mancini so hopefully we’ve still got enough to rest one or two with a big game coming Sunday

Bravo
Danilo VK Tosin Delph
Fernandinho
B Silva Foden Gundogan Diaz
Sterling

I think delph, silva and sane all looked rusty against Basel. So I would start those 3.
Kdb, fernandinho and walker should be rested. They have played so much this season.

I like your line-up, but I'd favour Sterling on the wing, with Bernardo reprising his role as a false-9 again x

Sergio to come on and play box to box too in the closing stages?

Id give Fernandinho a rest and try Gundogan or Delph in that role with Zin at LB. Maybe Danilo at RB. Certainly would not be risking Kun if they intend to take the Spurs or Cardiff approach and kick players rather than the ball. A cameo walk on for Yaya if it is going well at 60 minutes?

If Pep played a strong team against Cardiff, no way is he going to rotate. Especially given what happened to Spurs yesterday.
Next game is 5 days away. So full strength side for me except Bravo.

Grated - I agree, we have to play to Aguero's strengths x

Not sure we need to rush Sane and Silva back tonight. Solid half hour cameos if all is going well. And I think he’ll be mindful of injuries too after Cardiff.

apparently no sterling or otamendi tonight

Given that line up.

No doubt in my mind he is going for the Quad. Game on.
